Project Description

The District of Columbia Public Service Commission (DCPSC) is a regulatory agency whose responsibilities include oversight of the telecommunications industry in Washington D.C. DCPSC’s 27,997 SF design was motivated by the office’s staff consolidation and need to update the agency with current and upcoming technological and administrative demands. The space adapts to D.C.’s agency standards while making it an original space that stands apart from city agency offices. The hearing room and pantry are standout features, in addition to the impressive reception area’s wood paneled ceiling.
