Project Description
Designed for a major entertainment organization of more than 600 people in Los Angeles, this digital animation campus is housed within a 85,000-square foot former aerospace factory. LEVER was tasked with guiding the reuse of an existing warehouse into innovative creative office space. Extensive daylighting studies were conducted to inform the most effective structural modifications to light the interior naturally. Locally sourced materials, such as an old high school gym floor, are being featured in the redesign.
