Project Description
This 3-unit complex was in desperate need of renovation when the designers at ID Studios teamed with CLAD for a complete interior and exterior transformation. Taking inspiration from the surrounding neighborhood, we combined natural wood with clean, white stucco and large swaths of windows to bring the beauty of the outside into the interiors. Creating a beautiful outdoor living area was imperative for this beach-walkable property and a fire pit added the perfect ambiance.
