Project Description
Inside of the most exclusive complex in Cancún, this boutique residential complex, presented several qualities for the project. The sheer scale and excellent natural light in all the spaces, joined to the attractive view towards the 10th hole and sailing canals, were the base for a cozy interior design with a wary selection of furniture, decoration and art.
The renovation project aimed to integrate the building´s context stablishing a dialogue with the exterior that invites nature in to form part of all the spaces. A light custom designed lattice separates the entrance and sets the guidelines that formalize a simple and snug concept.
Materials enhance the ease and freshness that define the ambiance in a harmonious combination of oak woods that play with the marble seams on the floors and the warm accent provided by the jute rugs and linen upholstery. An atmosphere integrated by the neutral shades of the raw colors and textures of the different finishes.
