Project Description
Located in one of the most exclusive residential complexes in Cancún, this apartment needed a complete renovation for the purpose of enjoying a more adequate distribution of the areas in connection with a different selection of finishes and furniture that, were defined with the needs and preferences of the users in mind, creating an atmosphere that reflects in all aspects their lifestyle.
All the spaces benefited with a better use of the natural light and the correct lighting design, the combination of both managed to emphasize the extent of the spaces to conform a harmonic and welcoming interior ambiance. The renovation process was also used to make mayor improvements in the electric and water/sanitary installations ensuring the life utility of the apartment for several more years.
The finishes selection was made extensive to all the elements in each of the rooms, having special care in the options of the materials for the floors, furniture and custom made woodwork, attaining besides keeping a uniform atmosphere, amaze with the details in the dressing rooms as well as the TV and kitchen furniture.
Light colors and natural materials play a very important role in all the spaces standing out the marble of the floors and the textures of the oak wood that complete the harmony circle of the general concept. A story with a very satisfactory ending, where everything asked by the clients was given and nowadays enjoy their exclusive Caribbean Eden.
