The services included the design and permit drawings for the construction of a new base building approx. 12,000 SF of commercial construction for the District of Columbia Department of Motor Vehicles. ALine Architecture provided the design per the tenant program and prepared the permit drawings for the Base Building construction and the Tenant Interior Build-Out. ALine also provided the construction administration services during construction through substantial completion.
