Project Description
Dana Park Village Square is a 70 acre high-end commercial center that integrates internally landscaped boulevards with large community open areas and neighborhood connections. For Saemisch + Di Bella Architects, working with the surrounding neighborhood was an essential component of the overall programming and development of this project. The end result contains a six acre park buffer together with a retail / restaurant gateway shopping village anchored by an AJ’s and a Barnes & Noble that are connected by wide landscaped plazas and promenades.
