Project Description
New two story 1,000 seat Worship Center attached to a central mall type fellowship area.
This 35,000 square foot facility includes a large reception lobby that encourages fellowship activities and includes a connection to a beverage and food kitchen. Visitors are greeted by a volunteers located in a large reception desk area.
The design includes additional fellowship areas located off the main reception area and Sunday school classrooms are located on the second floor. The building is designed to be expanded by constructing a future educational facility. When this occurs the current classrooms will be converted to mezzanine seating within the Worship space.
Project features include state of the art digital sound and lighting control system for the entire facility as well as infrastructure to support a future Educational Building. Redevelopment of the site includes relocation of parking lots and the relocation of an existing lake to another area of the site.
