Project Description

A place of natural beauty, with sounds of falling water, and views of the Appalachian Mountains set to offer an experience of escape and well-being. Located in East Tennessee near Erwin sits a 300 acres plot designed for a luxurious mountain retreat.

Coffee Ridge Resort is a wellness-focused resort using modern, contextual architecture to create an all-inclusive couples-only experience on the slopes of the Appalachian Mountains. Couples will enjoy exquisite Haus accommodations offering sanctuary in nature with expansive views of mountains and meadows.

The property is set to feature up to 12 unique cabins for taking in scenic views. A clubhouse for dining and recreation with other guests. The resort will also feature farm-to-table gardens and greenhouses. Also included are stables and pastures for horseback riding, a stargazing pavilion, an owner’s residence, and several other support buildings.
