Project Description
We added a 3-story rear yard addition to this 1880’s brick townhouse. While the added square footage was modest, we were able to create a new 2-story living room with steel and glass windows, new kitchen, expanded master suite with new terrace, and new top floor terrace.
In all, the project drastically increased the natural light flowing into the garden and parlor floors, and gave new outdoor space to the top two floors.
