Project Description

Located in Kremmling, Colorado at 9,000 feet above sea level, on 70 acres of land. The residence sits atop a southern facing cliff with expansive views of the Sleeping Indian rock formation and Green Mountain Reservoir. The heavy timber structure, limited palette, and weathered materials give this building a sense of permanence that far exceeds its actual existence. The rough interior finishes provide a durable material for a rugged, carefree lifestyle, while the technology inside makes this the ideal mountain getaway for hosting friends and family.
