CitySuites II provides 147 premium serviced apartments catering to both business and leisure stays. The mixture of high-spec studios and five ultra-luxurious penthouses have views of Manchester Cathedral and the city skyline. Reflecting CRTKL’s amenity-led approach to design and CitySuites’ focus on customer experience, guests can enjoy a beautiful communal lounge with a concierge and carefully selected amenities to foster a balanced lifestyle. This includes an 18-meter swimming pool, spa pool, steam room, state-of-the-art 24-hour gymnasium, co-working spaces, café, and more.
Hailed as one of Manchester’s most significant and challenging projects in recent years, CRTKL, in partnership with CitySuites, has unlocked an unrealized 10-year vision to transform this underutilized land into an exciting new destination. Created on the former site of the Exchange Train Station, the project included the partial demolition of a viaduct to create the new public square enjoyed by residents and the public alike, creating a vibrant hub of activity.
