Located in the coveted Ponce Davis neighborhood near Coconut Grove, which is attracting Miami’s top real estate moguls, the home was developed by Location Ventures and designed as a personal wellness-oriented resort featuring home automation technology throughout designed by premier home technology integration company HEDSouth who installed tech for wellness, lighting, shades, entertainment, security, climate control and more. The technology features by HEDSouth play a major role in the wellbeing of those in the home, targeting circadian rhythm lighting that impact energy and mood, air filtration that eliminates pathogens in the environment, water purification and more. Other unique amenities include a hydrotherapy suite, hammam, lap pool and five-star at-home wellness room were designed to align with the home’s wellness-centric, modern core.
