Project Description
Design and construction of a 350 bed super specialty Hospital. The building has four operation theaters & a lab. A residential complex for doctors’ was also included in the program. The hospital is designed to be environment friendly and to consume minimum resources. The design is conducive to the well being of patients and is conducive for other stakeholders – relatives, medical staff & administration. The central atrium allows ample daylight within the building and helps controlling spread of infection. The design was done to allow natural light and views to aid patient recovery. VMS overcame the challenge of constructing the building with double basements without affecting closely situated existing adjacent buildings.
