Project Description
Capitol Hill Loft was SHED’s remodel of a loft-style condominium in the award-winning 1310 East Union Building on Capitol Hill, designed by the Miller Hull Partnership. Inserting a mix of texture, raw materials and functional elements, the new additions to the home were artfully married with the original industrial construction using a palette of concrete brick, stainless steel plate, blackened steel and mirror.
