Project Description
On a corner lot in the North Seattle neighborhood of Bryant, this single family home expresses a modern take on the farmhouse silhouette. The traditional gable roof is offset by a modern and minimal facade. The classic shape is intentionally utilized in a contemporary way. The house is capable of abundant natural light due to the vaulted ceilings, skylights and window placement. Those attributes combined with two wrap-around decks, create visual connections to Mt Rainier and Lake Washington.
