Project Description
Baskervill’s design features an impressive two-story facade highlighted with large expanses of glass that lend flexibility to the floor plan and provide extensive views of the surrounding landscape. Among the interior of the building, there is a hospitality suite, which includes a bar that can seat up to 200 guests. This design-build project includes an atrium entrance, which is open to the second floor executive offices and board room, while the monumental stair is accented by a wood-paneled wall. The clerestory lighting at the second floor lobby and open work areas add a contemporary warmth to the design. The 117,380 square foot facility is a durable, pre-cast metal building that offers a high-end corporate finish suited to Villa Park, while gracefully complementing the surrounding area with architectural continuity.
