Project Description
Singapore-based German restaurant and bar brand Brotzeit operates stores in seven countries across Asia-Pacific. For its latest franchise unit in Hong Kong, Brotzeit engaged 5 Star Plus Retail Design to enhance its existing interior design concept with a few modern touches and make it attractive to both younger guests as well as lunch and dinner customers.
While staying true to some of the brand’s key signature design elements, 5 Star Plus Retail Design added new features like a leather wall, a contemporary, diagonal design pattern that shaped the bar counter, vertical greenery, and new furniture design in brand colors to attract more families.
