Project Description
As architect of record, Arrowstreet was part of a design-build team with DEW Construction on this five-story, 12-unit apartment building. This urban in-fill project provides downtown Amherst with contemporary loft housing that features tall ceilings and expansive glass walls. Ground-floor retail space supports and enlivens the development. The project received LEED for Homes Silver Certification in the new Multifamily Midrise category.
