Client Profile:
The client is one of the world’s top building Construction & Engineering firm based in the USA.
Client Requirements:
The Client was needed structural drawings and Revit 3D BIM modeling with LOD 300 standards for USA based hospitality building construction.
Project Challenges:
The structural drawings were missing in the file. We made a structure model on the basis of assumption from the architectural drawings provided by the client. Later the client provided us with a hand sketch which was 90% accurate to what we had assumed.
Hi-Tech also solved the problematic side cutting fields in the basement, where the dimensions and survey points were not matching.
Our Inputs & Solution:
• We had pdf files of initial architectural drawings as an input which we were to convert it into intelligent BIM models using Revit.
• Next step we created 3D Revit Models with different disciplines like Architectural, Structural & MEP.
• After that, we started to look into the coordination between the models, so-called Clash Detection & was successful in scrutinizing all the clashes.
• We provided material take-off & project completion schedules to the client to reduce overall project time, cost as well as made the complete construction process error-free and smoother.
