Project Description
FROM THE ARCHITECTS:
This portmanteau is inspired by the eerily beautiful hues and superimposed profiles of x-rays. It is a model of our professional and personal anxieties laid bare for all to see. Fragments of our own works and tropes from projects that inspire us have been densely packed into a wireframe carry-on.
As our practice evolves in a culture of surveillance, our baggage is open for all to view. Dare we continue to share our architectural secrets with the world? Why do we continue to do so, mixing professionalism and play? What exactly are the risks and rewards of our baggage?
