Project Description
One of the key main focus of this project is a high level of security. Another main consideration was making sure that the walls have a high fire rating to ensure the integrity of the structure and adjoining residence from any internal fires. The surrounding space was also conditioned and the walls to meet high standards for continuous insulation and energy efficiency in order to protect the cars from the aging effects of the Texas climate. Since the cars will be washed on a regular basis, the walls were designed to withstand constantly being sprayed with water as well.
