Project Description

Location: Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan
Type: Residential Complex
Scale: 211 155 m2
Stage: Technical design

Elegant, modern and multifunctional complex Atlant is designed by architects to embody the idea of comfortable living in a quiet cozy corner created in the heart of the capital, in the center of the business and cultural life of the city. The complex consists of four spacious courtyards and areas for cultural recreation and children’s entertainment, which combines a picturesque wide boulevard, where the key element is a monumental glass arch, which plays the role of an open gate.

Developed internal infrastructure embodies the concept of the city in the city and creates a functional space for living and recreation. The different floors of the complex and the rhythm of the window openings echo the modern buildings of the metropolis, and the winter gardens on the roofs complete the image and give it lightness and elegance.

Beautiful halls, convenient layouts, underground parking, expressive facades, vertical gardening, the latest technologies … All this was succeeded in embodying the modern interpretation of the classics and traditions of functionalism. The harmonious color scheme of the facades, symmetrical lines and accented gold elements create a lively rhythm of the architectural composition, which creates an impressive and solemn image of Atlant.
