Art Residence is a 1.7 hectare-multifunctional residential complex located on Bekhozhina street in Almaty. It is located at the walking distance to the central business and leisure districts of Almaty. Meanwhile, it benefits from being located near the hills in a quiet neighborhood. We have consulted with traffic, seismic, geological engineers to ensure the new residential complex improves the area and provides safe and comfortable living conditions.
The name of the residential complex was not chosen by chance. In the compositions of linear facades, accent bright colors and chaotically made glazed balconies read cubism and abstraction as if coming down with Mondrian towels. FunderMax with wood grain and natural stone, aluminum minimalistic decorative elements, and deep blue glazing.
The residential complex consists of 8 blocks of different levels, which include 307 comfortable apartments, a kindergarten for 80 places, commercial premises and parking for 242 cars. The apartments have comfortable functional layouts.
