Project Description
Anchor Hitch’s breath-taking design brings to life the idea of being underwater in an oyster farm. This 2,700 SF restaurant features custom industrial furniture with a classic marble bar looking out into the “oyster room.” The key feature of this spatial design is the para-metrically-designed “pipe wall” consisting of 880 unique steel pipes that create an energetic partition between the restaurant and the rest of the popular Union Market, where it is located.
