Phase 8 pairs twelve stories of Class-A office space with generous ground floor retail and a sculpted south-facing public plaza. Clad in a high-performance curtain wall with integral shading and a distinctive terra-cotta rainscreen system, the project serves the needs of its global, high-tech tenant while graciously fitting into the evolving context of the surrounding community.
