Elegance, boldness and simplicity are the earmarks of this urban housing design. The project was envisioned as a catalyst for change and activity in a neighborhood that borders Oakland, Berkeley, and Emeryville. The development includes 33 one- and two-bedroom homes. The street is activated with continuous retail spaces. Dramatic views of the Berkeley hills, downtown Oakland, San Francisco skyline and Golden Gate Bridge become borrowed landscapes for the residents.
