Project Description

Bordering Crystal City and Pentagon City in the newly branded National Landing area, The Altaire—referencing the double star in the constellation, Aquila—offers two distinct residential opportunities; 450 apartments in both rental and for-sale communities. The Altair consists of two modern, 17-story residential towers constructed over an existing underground parking garage. The north tower houses the condominium community and the south tower contains the rental community. Both towers share a three-story main lobby, amenity courtyard, and other amenities.

Both buildings feature open, flexible floor plans and floor-to-ceiling windows. Street-level entrances for first floor residences enhance the pedestrian friendly quality of the streetscapes along Army Navy Drive, 11th Street South, and South Eads Streets. The towers offer residents sweeping views of both Virginia and downtown Washington, DC.
