Project Description

The building, on the land of Turhan Cemal Beriker Boulevard, as being Adana’s outward gate meets at the same time, new comers to the city. As being in discrete and fractured colors and form, it contrasts the city’s warm climate. While looking from outside its shady atmosphere is perceived from fractured notches of main entrances. As entering inside, photovoltaic translucent high and light panels complete the transparent closed courtyard. In a contradiction with outside of the building, the covering mixture of metal moveable net panel and glass combination of council lounge at the top floor begins at the courtyard and hides chairmanship and council of management units in a semipermeable way.Because of the light level the guests that use chairmanship entrance can perceive easily the big gallery but guests that uses mid lobby can perceive hardly the back of net part.
