Project Description
This is a contemporary update and full remodel of a Cape Cod style home. The client was downsizing and wanted to have all the living on one floor. The existing stair to the basement was awkwardly placed and unsafe. We redesigned the kitchen to accommodate the stair and open the floor plan up. We also added new glass to the front and rear.
