A vibrant urban residential community that provides 60 affordable homes to low income families. The building contributes a visually modulated design which responds to the neighboring properties and streetscapes. Stepping back at the eigth story, a community garden and patio with kitchen area are revealed. The design is Green Point Rated with the equivalency of LEED Silver. The elevator tower holds the public art piece, “Global Garden.”
