2015 Daffodil Software Pvt.Ltd – Phase II, Gurgaon Haryana | Interior Project
Project Cost – INR 100 lakhs
Daffodil is an established IT firm based in Gurgaon. Horizon Design Studio was commissioned to execute the Daffodils main office as ‘Design and Build’ procurement.
The initial brief for Phase I was to design a single office, on a floor plate of area of 18000 sq.ft that can incorporate all the staff members of 3 other offices. HDS came up with a design which was highly efficient, flexible and functional. The design exceeded the client’s expectations and the value engineering made it very cost effective.
The phase 1 requirement included approximately 220 workstations, 8 senior manager workstations, 20 seater board room, 05 meeting room, CEO cabin, senior cabins and dedicated server area.
PHASE II
The design for Phase 2 was influenced on the same approach as phase 1. The Office has been designed to allow maximum natural light from north and east side facing glazing open ceiling with round duct enhances the space. Light grey colour furniture with dark grey flooring provides a very modern and contemporary feel.
The requirement for phase 2 included more than 100 workstations, manager and meeting cabins and a separate reception area with waiting spaces.
