Project Description
1618 Fulton Street is a proposed 54 unit mixed use building in a rapidly changing section of Bedford, Stuyvesant, Brooklyn where new building activity is flourishing. The project combines affordable and market rate apartments with ground floor retail, employs energy efficient strategies, and reclaims a section of the thoroughfare long marred by vacant lots. A gently undulating glass and metal facade optimizes light and views and creates a compelling visual experience along this newly vibrant strip of Fulton Street.
