This project have 120 cottages with Restaurant, Cafeteria, Spa, Conference room, Convocation Hall.This project is based on Joint Venture & BOT basis terms, in which Land owner will get in interest with Construction company/ Finance company/ Hospitality Group as per terms & conditions decided in Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). For the project required Documents can be provided to interested Construction company/ Finance company/ Hospitality Group. Documents are given as follow:-
1. Letter Of Interest (LOI)
2. Executive summary
3. Feasibility report for project validation
4. All project related work in DPR (Detailed Project Report)
