What will the housing industry look like in 2009? Pretty much like 2008, if Standard & Poor’s economists are correct, says a recent Business Week article. Housing starts are not expected to post increases until 2010, when the experts predict starts will increase dramatically over 2009 levels, to 980,000 units. Read the story.
