As multifamily housing grows its share of the residential construction market, more building owners and operators are seeking scalable systems that allow them to manage the climate in individual units. Savant’s SmartClimate series offers either independent or integrated control of up to eight wired heating and cooling zones. The CLI-8000 thermostat management interface can be wall mounted in a utility room to integrate HVAC and is offered with an optional single-gang display as well as temperature and humidity sensors. The unit can be integrated with the company’s automation system, letting users control HVAC and additional systems such as lighting, security, and music and video from mobile devices using the Savant TrueControl Apps. savantsystems.com
