LEDucation 2018 Registration Now Open

The annual solid-state lighting tradeshow and seminar series will take place March 13–14 in New York City this year.

For the 12th year, the Designers Lighting Forum of New York (DLFNY) will present LEDucation, its annual solid-state lighting trade show and seminar series that attracts well over 4,000 attendees. This year’s show will take place March 13 to 14 at the New York Hilton Midtown and will showcase more than 250 exhibitors and 30 educational seminars. Show hours on March 13 are 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and on March 14 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

“Our goal for LEDucation 2018 is to reach into all areas of the lighting community, bringing architects, interior designers, lighting designers, and engineers the absolute latest in LED and lighting control technologies,” said LEDucation co-chairs Burt Grant and Caroline Rinker.

In 2017, Architectural Lighting was a Top Ten Finalist for Magazine of the Year from the American Society of Business Publication Editors' AZBEE Awards. In 2016, Donoff received the Jesse H. Neal Award for her Editor’s Comments in the category of Best Commentary/Blog, and in 2015, AL received a Jesse H. Neal Award for Best Media Brand (Overall Editorial Excellence).Prior to her entry into design journalism, Donoff worked in New York City architectural offices including FXFowle where she was part of the project teams for the Reuters Building at Three Times Square and the New York Times Headquarters. She is a graduate of Bates College in Lewiston, Me., and she earned her Master of Architecture degree from the School of Architecture at Washington University in St. Louis.
