Award-Winning Residential Landscapes

1 MIN READ

The American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) recently recognized top projects from around the world in its 2011 Professional Awards program. The awards honor outstanding landscape design for public spaces, private residences, campuses, parks, and urban planning projects submitted from across the globe. More than 500 entries were considered by a jury of professional design experts and 37 winners were chosen. Winning projects were selected based on great design as well as environmental impact. Highlights from the six residential winners are shown in the accompanying slideshow.

All winners are featured in the October issue of Landscape Architecture magazine and honored in San Diego at the final dinner for the ASLA Annual Meeting and Expo, which runs from Oct. 29 to Nov. 2 at the San Diego Convention Center.
