A Social Media Wrap-Up of the 2015 AIA Grassroots Leadership and Legislative Conference

AIA members travelled to Washington, D.C., last week to learn leadership skills and advocate for the Institute's legislative agenda.

The annual AIA Grassroots Leadership and Legislative Conference on March 4–6 drew in architects from all over the world to Washington, D.C. for keynote speeches by author Jonah Berger and designer Liz Ogbu, business workshops, and meetings on Capitol Hill.

Social media played a big role in sharing takeaways from the conference this year: attendees posted #archselfies at Capitol Hill to Instagram and tweeted about the main points of the keynote speeches. Here’s a look at what this year’s attendees took away from the annual conference.
