Ten Finalists Announced for Rebuild by Design Competition
The selected teams, which include the likes of BIG, OMA, WXY Architecture + Urban Design, and Interboro Partners, will now begin the analysis and design phases of the competition to revitalize and strengthen areas hit by Hurricane Sandy; winners will be announced in March 2014.
