    Newman Architects Designs Virginia Library to be a Downtown Anchor

    After a six-year renovation process, the rejuvenated library complex, comprised of a 115-year-old former customs house and a new glass walled addition, will act as a learning forum for downtown Norfolk, providing amenities such as computing and media labs, digital training space, and video production areas.
