Three Takeaways from “Smart Growth: Reimagining Industrial Areas in Washington D.C.”
As part of their ten-part speaker series, the National Building Museum hosted Andrea Limauro and Tracy Gabriel of the D.C. Office of Planning, on Jan. 13, to discuss Ward 5 Works, a proposal to reuse and transform the decommissioned industrial areas in Northeast D.C. in an effort to diversify the area’s economy and grow emerging industries.
