Electrix Acquired by Evolution Lighting
New Haven, Conn.-based lighting manufacturer Electrix Inc. has announced that as of July 31, 2014, the company’s assets have been acquired by Evolution Lighting LLC and its investor partner Boyne Capital Partners.
