Firm Description

The Yanniotis and Associates Bureau is an Internationally Awarded Architectural Firm that has been active in the field of Architectural Design and Planning since 1980. The consistent course the bureau has embarked on throughout all these years has brought significant success, worthy of the experience of its founding members.

In its long-lasting activity, the bureau has completed a significant number of projects, of both small and large scale, in various fields of building design and urban planning. Several of these projects have been awarded and published in press or online.

Futuristic Tholos, our iconic project built back in 1989, has been awarded and selected as one of the Ten Architectural Wonders of the Wine World 20 years after its establishment!

INTERelationships, a pilot residential complex that was created in 2019 as an alternative dwelling proposal in contemporary cities, has been awarded by renowned Awards Foundations such as A’ Design Awards, International Residential Awards, Design-for-All Foundation Awards, DNA Paris Design Awards.

Facing towards the new challenges, the Bureau has expanded its provided services into the fields of Inclusive Design practices, Sustainable Energy Technologies and Integrated IT Services.
