Firm Description

MÉTODO is a firm for architects, contractors, designers and developers. Founded by Bernardo
García in New York in 2012, MÉTODO is currently based in Mexico City.

Architecture is a method (MÉTODO) that attempts to create spaces through the use of boundaries and form. Architecture is based on graphic expression after multiple interpretations and re-interpretations of space. It is a constant, evolving experiment focused towards three main audiences: the client, the academia, and the general public.

In MÉTODO we are committed with these three audiences; in creating a highly functional
architecture that is sensitive to clients’ needs; an architecture that represents a creative proposal with powerful arguments for the Academia; and an architecture that synthesizes the general public’s actual way of living into timeless and aesthetic shapes.

We are certain that every project has a creative process, or a method (MÉTODO), and we’re
constantly seeking to widen our perspective with the help of technology and experimentation to propose new ideas, question our environment and our way to inhabit space.

Our objective is to provide clients with the best service, so we have created different partnerships for this goal:
