Firm Description

Based in Rome, Labics is an architectural and urban planning practice led by Maria Claudia Clemente and Francesco Isidori. Founded in 2002, Labics produces projects that cross widely varying scales, from small interior designs to large urban masterplans.
The name of the practice – Labics – expresses the concept of a laboratory, a testing ground for advanced ideas. Theoretical research and its practical applications form an integral and important part of the practice’s work.
