Serpentine Pavilion Opening

The Pavilion at the Serpentine Galleries opened today in London.

The 17th annual Pavilion at the Serpentine Galleries in London opened today, and will remain open to the public until October 8. Designed by Francis Kéré, Hon. FAIA, of Kéré Architecture, the pavilion is inspired by a tree found in the architect’s hometown of Gando, Burkina Faso, that is commonly used as a gathering space.
