The exterior is precast concrete panels with sandblasted and exposed aggregate finishes; curtainwall and strip window systems with custom aluminum cap extrusions and composite aluminum panels forming the roof cornice and overhangs. The interior design incorporates a main lobby with a two-story step down atrium and water features which extend thru the curved curtainwall to the exterior plaza overlooking a pond. The third and fourth floors are connected with a repeated two-story atrium opening to a curved balcony. Completed on a fast track schedule the project has received LEED Gold Certification.
