Five Firms Selected to Design 2018–19 Exhibit Columbus Installations

The festival organizers announced the winners of the J. Irwin and Xenia S. Miller Prize.

Exhibit Columbus, a festival in the modernism mecca of Columbus, Ind., is returning for season two, and today the organizers announced the firms behind five of the site-specific installations that will be commissioned for the event. The 2018-19 J. Irwin and Xenia S. Miller Prize Recipients are Cambridge, Mass.–based Agency Landscape + Planning, New York–based Bryony Roberts Studio, Mexico City–based Frida Escobedo Studio, Boston-based MASS Design Group; and New York–based SO-IL. In January, the firms will unveil their designs, and the completed works will open the following August.

Last season’s winners were ArandaLasch, Plan B Architecture & Urbanism, IKD, Oyler Wu Collaborative, and studio:indigenous.
