Exhibit: Ezra Stoller Photographs

© Ezra Stoller, Courtesy Yossi Milo Gallery, New York

In 1961, the AIA awarded the first Gold Medal for Photography to Ezra Stoller (1915–2004), an artist whose ability to turn buildings into near-Platonic ideals helped Modernism’s bold moves in form-making—such as Eero Saarinen’s TWA Terminal (shown)—gain acceptance. The chance to view Stoller’s archival prints in person doesn’t come around often, so if you’re in New York over the next few weeks, make time to visit the Yossi Milo Gallery. Through Feb. 12. • www.yossimilo.com
